WHAT:
Northbank, a transformative residential and commercial development project that will create a new neighborhood along the Delaware River, will be hosting a Virtual Grand Opening of its sales center. During the event, the team behind Northbank will present their vision for the project and show a number of the homes for sale using their unique virtual reality technology, which allows you to experience living there as if it were already built. They will also be discussing the process of purchasing a home during these unique times and will be unveiling a Special Incentive Program exclusively for those in attendance.
The full Northbank project will ultimately include approximately 358 townhomes and stacked condominiums, 550 apartments, more than 20,000 – 25,000 square feet of retail and 3 acres of public waterfront hiking trail. Northbank offers a unique opportunity to live on the water and close to nature, while steps away from everything the city has to offer.
