(Philadelphia—June 15, 2021)  Northbank kicks off townhome settlements and welcomes its first homeowners to the community located on 30 acres along the Delaware River waterfront. The strong demand and rapid sales pace have resulted in the project reaching this point sooner than expected. This is the first step in activating the overall development that will include 358 townhomes and stacked condominiums at full completion.
